  For Mission Planner on Windows this is the install path I used. The short guide is here: Installing Mission Planner. After that, Connect over USB and load Copter or Plane firmware.

  Aw, this was a very good post. Spending some time and actual effort to make a top notch article… but what can I say… I put things off a whole lot and don't manage to get nearly anything done.
