  Hi there, i read your blog from time to time and i own a similar one and i was just curious if you get a lot of spam responses? If so how do you stop it, any plugin or anything you can advise? I get so much lately it's driving me insane so any assistance is very much appreciated.

  Aw, this was an extremely nice post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to make a great article… but what can I say… I put things off a whole lot and don't manage to get anything done.
