  One thing I've noticed is that there are plenty of fallacies regarding the financial institutions intentions any time talking about foreclosure. One fairy tale in particular would be the fact the bank needs to have your house. The bank wants your hard earned cash, not the house. They want the cash they loaned you together with interest.
