  One thing I have actually noticed is the fact that there are plenty of misconceptions regarding the banking institutions intentions any time talking about foreclosure. One delusion in particular is the bank needs to have your house. The lender wants your hard earned dollars, not your house. They want the funds they loaned you together with interest. Avoiding the bank will still only draw any foreclosed final result. Thanks for your posting.
