Согласно Закона Республики Казахстан от 12 января 2007 года N 221 «О порядке рассмотрения обращений физических и юридических лиц» обращения могут не рассматриваться от анонимных лиц и обращения, написанные в некорректной форме, содержащие нецензурные слова и выражения. При высказывании от обратившихся на официальный сайт сугубо субъективного, индивидуального мнения или обобщения ситуации в некорректной форме, администрация поликлиники оставляет за собой право не размещать данные обращения.

    Aw, this was an extremely nice post. Taking the time and actual effort to generate a very good article… but what can I say… I hesitate a whole lot and don't seem to get nearly anything done.

    May I simply just say what a relief to discover a person that actually understands what they are talking about on the internet. You certainly understand how to bring a problem to light and make it important. More and more people have to look at this and understand this side of your story. It's surprising you aren't more popular given that you surely have the gift.
