One other thing is the fact individual states in the United states of america have their unique laws which affect home owners, which makes it very hard for the Congress to come up with a new set of guidelines concerning foreclosure on house owners. The problem is that each state has got own regulations which may interact in an unfavorable manner with regards to foreclosure insurance policies.
