Согласно Закона Республики Казахстан от 12 января 2007 года N 221 «О порядке рассмотрения обращений физических и юридических лиц» обращения могут не рассматриваться от анонимных лиц и обращения, написанные в некорректной форме, содержащие нецензурные слова и выражения. При высказывании от обратившихся на официальный сайт сугубо субъективного, индивидуального мнения или обобщения ситуации в некорректной форме, администрация поликлиники оставляет за собой право не размещать данные обращения.

    I do enjoy the manner in which you have framed this situation plus it does present us some fodder for thought. However, coming from what I have observed, I simply hope as the actual responses pack on that people remain on point and not get started upon a soap box involving some other news du jour. Yet, thank you for this exceptional point and even though I can not agree with the idea in totality, I regard the point of view.
