Согласно Закона Республики Казахстан от 12 января 2007 года N 221 «О порядке рассмотрения обращений физических и юридических лиц» обращения могут не рассматриваться от анонимных лиц и обращения, написанные в некорректной форме, содержащие нецензурные слова и выражения. При высказывании от обратившихся на официальный сайт сугубо субъективного, индивидуального мнения или обобщения ситуации в некорректной форме, администрация поликлиники оставляет за собой право не размещать данные обращения.

    Can I simply say what a comfort to find someone who truly knows what they're talking about over the internet. You certainly realize how to bring a problem to light and make it important. A lot more people have to look at this and understand this side of your story. I was surprised that you're not more popular because you certainly have the gift.

    Aw, this was an exceptionally nice post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to produce a very good article… but what can I say… I put things off a whole lot and don't seem to get anything done.
