Согласно Закона Республики Казахстан от 12 января 2007 года N 221 «О порядке рассмотрения обращений физических и юридических лиц» обращения могут не рассматриваться от анонимных лиц и обращения, написанные в некорректной форме, содержащие нецензурные слова и выражения. При высказывании от обратившихся на официальный сайт сугубо субъективного, индивидуального мнения или обобщения ситуации в некорректной форме, администрация поликлиники оставляет за собой право не размещать данные обращения.

    Thanks for sharing this with the open internet rather than locking it behind a paywall like so many sites do now, and a stop at forwardpathactivated kept the same vibe going, generous helpful and clearly written by someone who actually wants people to learn from it rather than just charge them.
