Согласно Закона Республики Казахстан от 12 января 2007 года N 221 «О порядке рассмотрения обращений физических и юридических лиц» обращения могут не рассматриваться от анонимных лиц и обращения, написанные в некорректной форме, содержащие нецензурные слова и выражения. При высказывании от обратившихся на официальный сайт сугубо субъективного, индивидуального мнения или обобщения ситуации в некорректной форме, администрация поликлиники оставляет за собой право не размещать данные обращения.

    Different in a good way from the cookie cutter content that fills most blogs covering this area, and a stop at prismplanet kept showing me why, original thoughtful writing exists if you know where to look and this site has earned a place on my short list of those rare exceptions worth defending.
